Edaat System provided by Azm Financial Technology Company is one of the systems as certified financial aggregators by SAMA as a system that provides digital payments services through a pooled account linked to a payment system to enable billers to use Edaat to collect and manage their payments.

Certainly yes, Edaat service provides payment of invoices issuance by direct linking between Edaat and  SADAD system, and there is no need for the biller to perform technical connection operations with SADAD.

• What payment methods are available?

We currently offer you a payment service via SADAD bills, and other payment methods will be added in the future.

• Can I register in the system as an individual customer for one of the billers?

Yes, postpaid customers can register in the system through the registration page and log in to their account to know the invoices issued against them, their due dates and the status of their payment

• Can the customer pay the bills without having to register in the system?

Certainly yes, as the issued invoices are linked to the SADAD system, so the customer can pay them directly through various banking channels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• How do financial clearances take place with billers?

After the payments are collected from the clients, Edaat is made to process the collected amounts and redistribute them to the billers within a period not exceeding three working days , where financial clearance operations take place between Edaat system and its invoices periodically and repeatedly
